I think City losing to Spurs would happen if Spurs were still a defensive counter attacking side. However with how open they are at the back, I just cannot see Spurs keeping a clean sheet against City.

If every fixture remaining is filled in with the result from last season Arsenal win the league with 86 points 55 goal differential, Man city finish second with 86 points 51 goal differential, and Liverpool get 80 points and 43 goal differential
