8. The main thing to look at when comparing these two is where the club was when they took over. Liverpool were a banter club back in 2015. They were living off past glories in the same way United are now. Klopp transformed that team without a blank cheque book. What Pep has achieved at City is great too but when you look at how much is spent every single transfer window its hardly surprising and they weren't exactly struggling before he took over.

32. When you think about the resources at their disposure as well, money and players, at both Liverpool/Man City and Dortmund/Bayern Munich, it makes you think. Is Klopp a better manager than Pep? I would say so.
