First half goals from Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland helped 10-man City return to action in winning style as we overcame Brighton 2-1 at the Etihad to regain top spot in the Premier League table.

The victory also saw City set another new Premier League record as it was our 21st consecutive win at the Etihad – beating the previous best run of 20 set by Manchester United.

  1. Almost every ref in the EPL wants a piece of us, the envy has spread like a weed to football fans, owners, players & refs. Rob Jones should be in charge of Sunday football matches.

  13. Man, They could do better againts wolves and arsenal but in this match, they were performing so good. I am proud of the signing of Jeremy Doku, very fast and talented player.

  14. It's kinda sad to see that they all begin to be selfish..this team don't play like last season. They begin to be selfish and try hard to show off for Pep instead work togheter like a team. The best duo in MC are KDB and Halaand because they are humble and not selfish. They want the best for the team. When they begin to be selfish and want to show off instead assist to someone that have more chance to score…it's the reason why don't score much goals like before. They have a good strike like Halaand but don't use him like they before, no one assist to him even when he got space.
