30. Frankly, I believe that EtH has difficulties to manage the egos of the superstars of Casemiro, Bruno, Rashford, Varane, Mount. Only a few are good in managing superstars (Ancelotti, Zidane). It's no surprise that under EtH the best players are the youngsters and who have played at Ajax before. Last season the "Ole/Rangnik" crisis created the right atmosphere. Arteta is a very smart manager as he is very aware what type of players and club culture will allow him to show his excellent football manager qualities.
