Real responsibility to your youth players would be to rehabilitate him first and foremost and independent of any plans to re-integrate. Rehabilitation would include building empathy within him and within society for victims of domestic violence, a crime his actions and Man U's platform would have otherwise condoned. Rehabilitate first, then PR. Man U only focused on PR.
