Ranking ALL 20 Premier League Managers As Players

From Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte, who won multiple Serie A titles and the Champions League at Juventus, to Chelsea head coach Graham Potter, who spent most of his career playing lower league football for the likes of York City and Macclesfield Town, HITC Sevens attempts to rank every current Premier League manager from worst to best.

  1. Slight nit pick but I don't think kloopp is on shaky ground at the moment. Most fans understand that our team needs a rebuild, he needs backing, he's proven to be one if the best squad builders if not the best in the world, he's the best man for the job.

  2. Lampard better than Conte and Pep? There might be some recency bias there, because both were permanent starters in two of the greatest teams of the 90s. I mean, Barca of the early 90s and Juve when the Serie A was the best league in the world?

  3. Did they really put Pep behind Frank Lampard and Patrick Vieira. Pep as a player was a magician probably one of the best of Cruyff's era. What a shame that he is behind these overrated Pl players.

  4. i feel biased as a chelsea fan but i think lampard should of been first, he could, and did from my memory change and win many more games than i remember viera doing weather it be a random shot out of nowhere from 30+ yards or a free kick.

  5. Grauam Potter's Premier League career may have been brief but he can lay claim to playing in one of the 90s most famous. The game where Graeme Souness despite having never seen him play, gave a debut to Ali Dia who claimed to be George Weah's cousin.
