  1. As long as we approving why sack him. Who is better than Pep? Why take a risk when we have a guy who has built a you young promising squad thats improving for a new guy and was trained by People…

  2. I actually now agree with Husam

Is not just about the table cause if it is
Chelsea would loose against city every time

And MO you need to calm down on the whole Brighton hype train.

I will rather play Brighton away than play Aston Villa at home

  3. This narrative that Arteta has spent this and that so he must win something is bullshit!

First of all, the amount that Arteta has spent varies from £600-700m. And it's actually just under £600m..
Secondly, The other top teams has spent much money too….with City about the same as Arsenal and Liverpool with around £450-500m.

Thirdly, look at what team Arteta had when he arrived….
The only players still in the squad that plays regularly are:
Martinelli and Saka, with Nelson, Nketiah, Smith Rowe, Elneny and Cedric being the others…..

Then look at the other teams which players they had at the same time Arteta arrived at Arsenal….

    Liverpool already had:
Alisson, Kelleher, Alexander-Arnold, van Dijk, Matip, Gomez, Robertson, Jones, Elliott and Salah….most of them still regulars in the first team….

For City at the time Arteta arrived they already had:
Ederson, Stones, Walker, Rodri, Silva, Foden and De Bruyne….

So for the other teams to have spent the same or almost the same as Arteta when they already had most of their regular starters even before Arteta arrived at Arsenal is actually telling….

So in my mind Klopp and Pep also has to win…..they had a better squad to begin with and has spent around the same money to strengthen their squad!

So the narrative about Arteta is just there because Arsenal as a club hasn't won it for 20 years….

As an Arsenal fan for over 40 years i've seen us win many titles and also seen us finishing in the bottom half and all i want is for us to be in contention to win the big trophies and hopefully win some trophies now and then….
I never demand us to win every year but i demand us to compete on a regular basis!

But stop this Arteta narrative of how much he's spent! Every top club spend!

And if that's the narrative, well, the two biggest spenders in that same period is United and of course Chelsea….so they must win this year right?!

  4. This is the problem with sports fans today. All they care about is trophies with no context placed on how they are achieved and the journey. That is why LB can sprout the nonsense he is sprouting, even though his team microwaved their way to success by buying a bunch of ready made stars and having it fail for so many seasons before they got it right and to fully get it right they went and got the best manager in the world gave him all the money he needed to spend and then thinks he can come and tell arsenal fans how long they should wait.

Then you have Chuckle brother #2 talking about 4 years Arteta has been here when WORLDCLASS Klopp didn't win a title or any trophy for that matter until that 2019/20 season which was his 5th season, inheriting a Liverpool team that was challenging under Brendan Rodgers not too long before he arrived. Arteta already has an F.A cup in the bag in year 4 but again facts are ignored to suit shamelessness….. Then he says Arteta MUST but at the same time is such a shit manager that the owners should sack him pronto if Ancelotti or Simeone is free. You know how bad a manager has to be to be sacked immediately??! But then saying he has to win the league?? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

  5. It took Arteta 3 full seasons with financial backing to make Arsenal title challengers again but the shameless will continue to be shameless and spread lies to fuel narratives. Hussam in particular hates Arteta and does not want him to succeed at Arsenal because he has had to eat his words about him based on past comments made.

  6. Arteta hasnt had '5 years'. He inherited a disaster at Arsenal, poor squad, excess player power. It took years to cycle out the playing personnel and bring in more equipped players.

No one thought we would compete last year, we did. No one thought we would compete this year, we are. On one hand they dont think Arteta was up to competing with Pep and Klopp, & at the same time say he should be sacked for failing to achieve what they never thought he could do.

Anyways, I see right through the false concern of LB and Hussam. Both of them want Arteta sacked, but not for Arsenal benefits, but for Arsenals downfall. I see right through their disingenuous commentary.

Arsenal fans want Arteta to stay, rival fans think he should be "sacked". Tells you everything you need to know.

  7. Jusdge Mo, this is why I sometimes come back to your podcast & sometimes to admonish a poor discussion, this one was latter. This was disingenuous for you three to discuss Arsenal for 40 mins without having an Arsenal supporter to put across his/ her view on balanced basis (not just to bring in Lee gunner or Northside to B****h further. I will give my reasons as sometime ago Arteta hater, doubter & now, full convert, so much so that I’m convinced he’s the right manager to take us forward and even Pep or Klopp isn’t fit for us. Since after 2020-21 season, there have been clear progress under Arteta, finishing 5th, they say we bottled it but who expected us to get us top 4 from 8th? Next season we get into a title run when everyone expected us to compete for top 4, not saying we shouldn’t have won the title, but a young team without depth went further than that team was qualified for. Then, this season we are playing beautiful football and very much in the fight. Besides, we have to look at what else Arteta did, changed the whole squad not first XI, built now a strong 15 man squad and he’s expected to add more strength to make it a 20-21 man squad for next season and therefore, even better chances to either win or retain the PL title (if w3 win this season) & then be better placed to win CL. People spent £ 1.5Bn to win all he has on top of the already great team left by Mancini, pep can waste a 60m on Philip, another 60 on Kunha & Perhaps 100m on Grealish (always in rumour to be sold) and then on alleged massive financial irregularities! As for Klopp, what’s great that he achieved in 9 years that Arteta can’t do in 9 years…1 PL & 1 CL, it is very much possible that Arteta can exceed Klopp’s achievements in 9 seasons!! Therefore, an irrelevant discussion amidst current title race, the whole session descended in last 40 mins into Arsenal hating, unfortunately without some one to give an Arsenal balanced view. By the way, I think there can be a discussion on how Arteta has done after the end of the current season, but, IMO, he needs to continue regardless of being trophy less this season as I strongly believe we will win the trophies next season under Arteta!!!

  8. Let's put some facts on the table
    1. Arteta came in mid season
    2. As a rookie manager, he had to deal with an unprecedented pandemic
    3. The club was rotten to the core and on a downward slope
    4. He had to rebuild an entire squad
The progress is clear to see. Yes in the next year we have to win the league or the UCl and a domestic trophy
