VAR is Even Worse Outside of the Premier League…
In this video, we look at three Video Assistant Referee (VAR) Decisions, made outside the Premier League, that are extremely controversial and terrible. This is a football/soccer commentary/documentary that talks about the worst VAR decisions of all time, such as the longest ever decision made in the Bundesliga and worst ever referee decision made in the Serie A.
VAR may have controversial moments in the Premier League, but it gets way worse in the other leagues such as the Bundesliga and the Serie A. We look at incidents such as the Mainz v Freiburg 2018 Longest Ever VAR Decision that lasted 6 minutes, and the Worst VAR Decision of All Time, the Bonucci offside in Juventus vs Salernitana. This video was extremely fun to make, I hope you enjoy!

in the peruvian league they take 10-15 minutes everytime they have to check var and im not even joking. its very normal to see penalties scored in the 90+9 minute or more, even if its an obvious call.
Scottish Premiership refs have left the chat.
As a juve fan, I think it was a fucking stupid decision 😭
this was before luis diaz vs spurs wasnt it?
Nah as a Spurs fan, there's a new worst decision ever
us vs Liverpool with Liverpool's goal
So onside 😂
Cyprus League might as well not have VAR
VAR just makes the rigged games longer
You can change the technology but you can't change the system
The story of cypriot football…
Nice video, but you know nothing about OFFSIDE. Juventus goal was correctly disallowed. Trying to touch the ball while being in offside position is an infraction, because you get the attention of the goalkeeper.
The Australian refs are very corrupt and don't do their jobs properly. Although this video is 10 months old these terrible aussie refs haven't changed and it has gotten so bad that the WSW coach complained about it AND GOT FINED FOR IT BECAUSE REFS CAN'T BE WRONG OBVIOUSLY ANY CRITISM FORCES YOU TO PAY MONEY TO CORRUPT FFA.
the last guy learned from Luisão
I don't know makeing a mistake is excusable but simly not checking offside??? I don't know anymore…
How is this possible
in league one, bolton played forest green rovers, and in the buildup Elias Kachunga literally punched someone in the stomach. The ref stopped play and talked to the linesman, and he said that Dion Charles was the one that punched the player and he got a red card
If Bonucci was offside, they’d have been right to disallow it because making a movement towards the ball or attempting to play it counts as interfering
i was at the match at 2:13 and i was thinking eh??? until they replayed it from another angle inside the stadium.
The premier league saw this video and have said “Hold my beer”.
2nd in aussieland wasn't even a yellow!
It seems to me that the "offside" against Salah is much worse than any of these. Don't try to find excuses fir the Premier League's bad decisions.
Why do we have to see the narrator?
No it is not, by far the worst is in the prem because prem league invents the rules as we go along. Too bad they couldnt invent something so their national 3 billion dollar team gets a trophy. By far the most expensive team in footballs history. By far the worst VAR. Maybe because the stage is too big.
3:40 – Yeah that DCL red card in the FA cup was stupid. Thank Christ it was overturned
Premier league is still worse
How much did the PL pay you to make this video?
"If something like this happened in the premier league, it would be meltdown." Me looking over the past few months at the worse decisions ever made.
This is click bait and beastified. Define bad? VAR is better than just referees. 93% to 98% accuracy. The stats are there.
And people say juventus have the refs on their side💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
02:14 Is it though??? Because it still looks out of play to me. In fact lots of similar incidents where the ball is half (or even three quarters of the way) out of play has resulted in the ref blowing his whistle so this one is a lot more blatant than that.
Romania chilling after a player punches a player and the punched player gets a yellow 💀
tetchily it does cause it puts the keeper off
it does in the 23/24 pl season i hate Tottenham you cheats payed the refs how was the diogo first yellow a foul how was the curtis jones red even a red and how was our goal offside
I would say no pk as a freiburg fan my self
I'm sure Milik was sent off after getting a second yellow for taking his shirt off as well, there were quite a few suspect decisions in that game.
V.A.R. is being used to rig games.
Forest is my club
Arsenal v brentford 2 players offside and draw lines wrong place
Sorry VAR is rubbish & is killing football, get rid!
Well the tottenham-liverpool game this season tops this list so I guess the prem now holds the number 1 spot for worst VAR decision ever 😂
I remember that in Brazil's game against Peru, i slept when they were reviewing Richarlison's goal for offside. I woke up and it was still going on
Very good and informative but, PLEASE, it's V.A.R not "var". It is such a lazy and ugly way of expressing a concept. Please don't mangle our beautiful language.
Hilarious that I get this video in my feed now, when the PL has succeeded in beating the worst decision ever. The Liverpool goal being disallowed against Tottenham (who this guy appears to support) is now easily the worst decision ever. The 5 minutes VAR took to award Crystal Palace a PK against…yes…Liverpool also has to be considered the longest VAR decision because it was 5 minutes of play!
Number two isn’t even a foul. Physics is a thing. It’s called momentum.
PGMOL really watched this video and said ‘hold my beer…’
"far"? does the rest of Europe use this and not V-A-R (spelt out) as in the EPL? (genuine question)
thats such a stupid video
Happy to be a premier league fan? Last season Var drew the lines on a Brighton game and missed the defender standing behind what they picked as the last defender and rules the goal offside
Its all ok but you cant name Candreva by "this player"
Best decision of all time
Juve are the last team that can complain a referee decision was wrong
I've literally stopped watching football because of all the garbage added. Be lucky if you actually get 50 minutes of football in a 90 minute match.
Oh and VAR heavily, heavily favours the bookies. Every single goal scored gets scrutinised.
So not only have you got to beat the bookies con odds, you have to face a 50/50 of beating them odds then you have VAR making it 50/50 again.
So an even bet or 1/1 for the bookies when you take into account the odds being in the bookies favour then the 50/50 then VAR that 1/1 is actually 5/1 to 8/1
Team were on the coach ready to head back home but the ref stood
In front of the coach and said guys you still have a penalty to take 😂😂😂
I'm not a huge soccer fan but that was informative.
Arsenal have entered the chat…
