The new owners have ruined this club
It feels like Chelsea adapts its level of play depending on the opponent, which leads to "good draws" against top teams, or if we're lucky a win (Tottenham being a good example). And then we get this kind of game, where Chelsea would easily win if they played like they did against good team, but they dont so it ends up in draws or even losses often.
I can't quite understand why tho, but i think it's definitely a thing and it's extremely frustrating as a fan to see it happening
