But why? We all know Qatar and Saudi are not doing this for money. They want to be friends with the western world, but why?

Sell the whole league to foreigners. And no one should invest in England after what happens to Abramovic. They can take away your club anytime.

yep its no longer the english premier league

They want their oily hands on every football league in the world..to dominate leagues with the greasy money…

we need to make new rules quickly. before football gets destroyed forever.

Correction, they don't think, indeed it was the best worldcup ever.

I smell a western hypocrisy here.

After all the negative propaganda the British media gave them for what was indeed an amazing WC I wouldn’t bother investing anymore into England or the UK.

Can’t be too controversial. It’s a common thing now. Just buy the professional referees organisation. That’ll get a few chaps all tight

Both QSI and Al Khelaifi have heaps of cases pending hanging above them. And I don't mean the petty stuff like match fixing or betting, but things like hiring goons and spies and interfering with investigations.

In other words, they meet all the criteria to be admitted as Premier League club owners, and some more.

  17. Avatar de Sean Conroy

it was the safest world cup ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is the out cry that happend when Newcastle was getting took over double standards for southern clubs

No fan wants owners that have shares in rival clubs, plus it its always harder to sell when there's too many investors in one club,if both or multiple parties want to sell and the other party doesn't its going to be a nightmare

It smells fishy theyre going for an already established team rather than the likes of Leeds. Super League 2.0 here we go

Wish someone who cared wud invest in us; not fair were stuck with Rs; yeh I know we've been given money by present Owners etc but still don't trust them.
Very soon ne'r the Footballing World will look pretty different an the Arabs will call the shots( owning a larger % of the whole English Lge cos everything is already called Emirates or Carabau an even the Europa couple of yrs previous were in Baku as is players scarpering t Saudia etc; C, the Middle East is on the rise in Modern Football.
Why don't they go f the Welsh or Scottish Lges? Is it cos they know the English game is where the money, fame an prestige is at?
I've no problem with it just as long as they treat their ppl fairly in all walks of life

  23. Avatar de Steve Lee

We need to put an end to this Arab takeover before it gets out of hand.

  24. Avatar de Simon Bohan

    Why?

    (1) Sports Washing
    (2) Future Profit

So if psg owners invest in say liverpool then both teams meet in the champs league ? It makes no sense to me. I hope it won't be allowed
