I don't think Vlahovic is a good idea for Arsenal, because, not only that Gabriel Jesus is absent thanksnto his injury, but also he would have end up there as a reject. Also there is Granit Xhaka, and you know that Xhaka is not on good terms at all with any Serbian players. Vlahovic should stay in Juventus.
While for Mitrovic, he himself stated multiple times that he doesn't want to leave Fulham.

We don’t need another RB at Fulham. We already have Mbabu and Tete (Bobby DR can play there too). Guys come on have you forgotten about Harry souttar. He was probably top five centre backs at the World Cup, he was incredible in every game and is good with his feet and has incredible long passing nearly every one of Australia’s goals stemmed from his long balls. Plus he’s used to the English game as he plays in the championship.
