Welcome to TomFM! In today’s Football Manager 2022 experiment video I terminated the contracts of EVERY Premier League player and simulated into the future to see what happens. Will we see the likes of Salah, De Bruyne, Saka and Kane resign for Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham or will they leave for new clubs in new leagues such as PSG, Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich? 1. Never works as the wage budgets get adjusted by all clubs before they can sign players. Which means they end up with pretty much no players…AI is a bit stupid still.

  2. What about your personal dream team (25/30 players) at the lowest league worst team( (locked into contracts so they cant leave of corse), and see how long it takes for them to win the

  3. Experiment suggestion: a "fan owned" experiment with Premier League and perhaps even Championship teams to check if being fan owned is better?

Perhaps making half the teams fan owned and compare how they do in comparison to the others.

  4. Lewis going to City for 50mil – what a bizarre move. As of another video idea – make all players of the top 5 leagues without contracts. Would be a massive havoc, I would imagine. Thank you for the video, Tom – quite a fun one 🙂

  5. Could we have an experiment where Gareth Southgate is the manager of a lower league club. Either L1/L2 and see how long he lasts? Would be great to see how he does

  6. Interesting how the game has Słonina (pron: "Swan-EE-na") written with the Polish Ł but in real life his name is stylised in an Americanised way using L instead (which ends up just being "Slon-eena"). I know he's declared for the USA currently but it would be interesting to see if he decides to revert to Ł should he end up choosing Poland at senior level instead.
