Sir Claudio Ranieri
Just sad they didnt win the title in the pitch
Honestly this is something we will get to see once in a century
So it was a 2 horse race and spurs finished 3rd lol
The moment where you don't need money to win the league
The moment where everyone around the world claimed they were a Leicester city fan without even being able to pronounce Leicester right ?
and they went right back to obscurity afterwards
I was watching that game! insane! I was supporting Tottenham cause my friend was a die hard Chelsea fan.? crazy how time flies
Remember as if it was yesterday, Remember everything from that night
It’s crazy because its like Leeds winning the prem
And at last, Aresenal finished above Spurs ?
When he says "Tottenham will come again" ???
Of course Spurs bottled it
How is this retro?
Worst champions ever
6 years later, I still wonder if that really happened.
5000/1 odds to win the league
It kind of annoys me as a Leicester fan to see people saying arsenal and Tottenham were bottle jobs that season, Leicester were top at Christmas and were the best team in the league all year, that’s why we won, because we were the best, we didn’t win it because Spurs or arsenal bottled it, arsenal celebrated like they won the league after that Welbeck goal but even then we were winning until a stupid red card which turned the game
Pochettino led this Spurs side to EPL runner up and CL final was not talked about enough
You can never hate them
They included the bit where Vorm tries to bang out Hiddink, nice one.
(Obviously Vorm was well out of order but funny to watch again still)
One of the highlights for that season as a Chelsea fan, even in our worst season of the clubs recent history we were still able to screw spurs over
At that point they streingthen themselves as top team at epl with their top tier scout and training facility. So they dont be another Blackburn. This season was bad tho, but they really changed after that season.
I can't lie, I would have been happy for Tottenham too if they'd won. Cause they never have ☠️
Only spurs can finish third in a two horse race
Remember when this time happened, when i lived in leicester, all across city were going crazy
Khun Vichai said that Leicester will made to the Top 4, everyone were laughing at him and thought that it was impossible, and then in 2016, his words come true, not just Top 4 but Champions of England.
An incredible story in football that would be told for a long long time.
Bottleham Hotspuspas
well tottenham just can't win ;-;
Leicester were the last team to win the Premier League in the Barclays era btw. It's what people mean when they say "going out with a bang".
Second greatest footballing achievement ever.
Ah yes, that time that Spurs finished 3rd in a 2 horse race
Spurs 3rd in a 2 horse race
Funniest thing about this is that Spurs somehow managed to end up finishing third.
an underdog beating a dog
This was an incredible season for football.
i think this season is the obvious proof of the transition Era of the Premier League, the fact that Spurs and Leicester are the top 2 teams in the league, while 2 Liverpool and Man City were preparing to dominate the league for years to come.
Also, this reminds me why I think it's unfair to say a player with a Baloon d'Or is necessarily better and/or greater than one without it. No doubt this championship was amazing and one of the best due to their massive underdog status, but seeing a Prem team winning the league after reaching 77 points feels so off. Klopp once lost the league with nearly 100 points lol
Anyway, Kevin Keegan has the same amount of Ballon d'Ors as Ronaldinho, Xavi, Iniesta, Suarez, Rivaldo, Bergkamp, Zlatan, Neymar, Robben, Ribery, Henry, Salah (so far), Bergkamp, Eto'o, Puskas, RVP (insane peak), Rooney, Totti, Neuer, Buffon (and other greats who happened to peak during the Messi-Ronaldo era) combined. As we speak, Leicester and Klopp's Liverpool share the same amount of Prem Titles. Crazy to think like this.
It's so crazy how modern Man City and Liverpool would have destroyed this magic moment if they happened to exist back then. I can only feel bad for Klopp and Liverpool fans. The guy has to be perfect to stand a chance against Guardiola's Man City, but just a few years ago they would be dominating the league without any resistance.
We will come back
Both Manchesters, Chelsea and Liverpool all of them weren't in the title race this season. Unbelievable stuff
Never seen so many top teams under perform. Leciester City weren't that great it was everyone being so poor.
I'm from Leicester, can't describe the energy around the city that night and the following weeks..
