First i am not a Liverpool Fan but i think this it was the top 4 will look like
1. Liverpool
2. Chelsea
3. Man united
4. Man city
The reason why Liverpool will win is because Liverpool got there back line back in form I think Chelsea will come second because of the amazing performance they showed last season. Man united ik they got Sancho and Varane but something tells me it will not work out. Man city i get they won the league but they will fall short. if Liverpool don't win i think it will be Chelsea but not Man united or Man city.

Very interesting predictions here :^D
It is still very early (in July) to determine with accuracy who is going to finish where this Premier League season.
Here are some of my predictions for the top half of the table for the 2021/22 Season:
1st Manchester City. 87 Points
2nd Liverpool. 82 Points
3rd Chelsea. 76 Points
4th Manchester United. 74 Points
5th Leicester City. 67 Points
6th Tottenham Hotspur. 63 Points
7th Arsenal. 58 Points
8th Everton. 56 Points
9th Leeds United. 53 Points
10 West Ham United. 52 Points
I have no idea how the bottom half of the table will go, it could be anything.
Anyway what are your thoughts and opinions on this?
Thank you for taking the easy option like most do.
Leeds will be top four

Finally someone who hasn't underestimated Norwich and put them dead last.

My premier league predictions from a neutral fan:
1. Man city- They are one of the best teams in the world, and with the signings of Kane and Grealish, this team could be deadly.
2. Chelsea- They are also one of the best teams on the world, possibly the best after winning the Champions league. We already know how good Chelsea’s defense and midfield are, the only problem is scoring goals. With Havertz looking very deadly in front of goal at the euros, I think he could have a 15 goal season next year with the confidence he has, leading Chelsea to second place
3. Liverpool- With VVD back, I think Liverpool will be a better next season, but not a whole not. VVD won’t be back to his best next season, it will take some time. This will lead still to have a shaky defense, but you can’t count them out with the attack they have.
4. MU- I think this top 4 will be very tight all season. It will be a very exciting ending to the season. MU are looking very good with the singing of Sancho. I do think it’s gonna take some time for him to settle tho. MU are going to have a good season next year but not amazing. Also, the drama with the glazers might effect the players.
5. Leicester- Like usual, I think Leicester are going to get 5th again. It won’t be as close as a gap tho. Leicester are very good but they are relying on Iheanacho to score all their goals who is super inconsistent. He can score 3 goals one game and miss a open net the next. Leicester are a good team all around but not good enough to be in the top 4.
6. Arsenal- I think arsenal are going to have a good season. They looked very good at the end of the season and their best player, saka, has been doing very good at the euros. The only problem I see is where they gonna get goals from. Auba looks washed up, lacazete only scores tap ins and pens, and saka will only score 5-8 goals next season. Arsenal are just a bang-average team overall.
7. West ham- They looked very good last season, especially with Lingard. I think they can do bits again next season.
8. Tottenham- They are all over the place. They can’t find a manager, and Kane is gonna leave it seems. They can’t replace Kane. With Kane leaving and maybe possibly bale, they are a bang-average team. They would be relying on son, and bale if he stays, to get the goals, who both could have one good game and the next game bad. Also, the biggest problem is their defense. We saw it last season, it’s in shambles.
