Just offload 7 to 8 players, replace them from United Academy, start to play with forming basic triangles , I think MU will be fine, get the right players not popular players, look at City and Liverpool, beautiful squads.
RR is not a good manager. Neither was Ole, but at least he could manage the players. United is in a mess since 2008, without Sir Alex it became clear in 2013. Moyes was thrown under the bus. LVG Jose were a big cover up followed by DiMaria Sanchez Depay Lukaku Pogba Maguire signings, splashing the cash needlessly, without fixing the main issue that is the structure of the club.
Ole was a miracle for a while, everything seemed to be getting back to normal only due to his love and devotion to the club.
Kids like Rashford Greenwood McTominay Shaw really upped their game under Ole, Cavani Varane AWB were great additions, sadly Maguire VDB Sancho and maybe even Ronaldo proved to be big mistakes as signings and that ultimately cost him the job.
But regardless, that was all just masking the real issues that grown roots in the club.

If I was a new manager I would be looking seriously into getting Haland DeLigt Rudiger Kessie Raphinha this year.
And offloading Martial Pogba Bailly Jones Maguire Lindelof Fred Matic VDB Lingard Mata. And letting Sancho stay one more year with Haland to prove himself.
I believe Pochettino can do it. But I doubt it is all down to a manager. There is a lot to be fixed. Probably the whole club should be sold and reinvented, like Newcastle are doing.
Seem to me that everywhere is having manager and players problems and troubles. What's going on? Every club want to win and every player want to play regularly?
