Great analysis. Chelsea will probably finish stronger halfway thru, but yeah Liverpool should finish fourth if they can sign Lavia.
I think Newcastle fans will be fine with the club flying under the radar. Unbeaten in preseason (5W, 2D) and new signings coming in (Livramento, hopefully others) to beef up the squad. I see where you are coming from with CL concerns (which should also apply to others), I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Palace and Bournemouth are more of a concern than Fulham/Forest IMO in terms of relegation. You've got Burnley and Bournemouth absurdly high, especially Bournemouth.

I also picked out Wolves, a few weeks ago, as a team that could very well go down. Looking at their team, it looks pretty meh all of a sudden. Lopetegui might have been able to keep them up but he's gone now. It's going to be a tough season for Gary O'Neil. Fulham, is another wide I think could really struggle this season, what with Mitrovic refusing to play, losing Solomon, and they might yet lose Paulinha.
While I normally agree with most of your takes, Loz, Calvin Bassey is nowhere near good enough to be "possibly one of the top 4's" signings. As Ajax and Arsenal fan, I'm happy to see the back of him, and I'm sure that goes for most other Ajax fans.
