Please stay in NA 👌🏼
I don't think Ted Lasso has much to do with the stigma. It was always there!
i think now marsch is gone it can be clearly seen that he’s a decent coach that could do very well if at a club that could give him the time to imbed his players and style of play. you’re never getting that at a club fighting relegation in the premier league because of the financial ramifications of going down, but he could do very well at a club in a similar position to brighton or brentford. palace or someone like that maybe if they don’t go with woy for next season
We're still waiting for a US coach who can build a great team….
Clock is ticking.
He needs to take out the trash.
Ted lasso Makes better viewing than Gary Neville 😂😂
He's not wrong. Has there ever been a successful American coach in the top leagues? Because I don't know any
I don’t know much about marsh but Bradley ruined their reputation much earlier
Stop promoting this feminine show.
To be fair, Jesse's management made him a joke, not his accent.
the only difference is that ted lasso was actually better than marsch ahahahah
It's experience at a high level, you don't hire someone who hasn't worked in something comparable, Jesse was the closest and got a shot and it didn't work out. So when an American coach does something stand out they'll get opportunities. like Wenger opening the door to European coaches. the premier league teams lose a lot in relegation so it's a lot harder to take the risk on an unknown.
I was a big fan of Marsh and his press conferences he was a breath of fresh air in the league and hopefully he can find some success in England again the future.
Ted Lasso has nothing to do with bad coaching. Stop making excuses and be better, learn from mistakes and grow.
That’s fun a fictional coach being interviewed by a failed one 😂
i hate the fact these brit’s have brainwashed everyone into thinking the country in which you’re born determines how good you can be at your job. really think about it, a nation that hasn’t won a major international trophy in god knows how many years has the nerve to reject coaches bc of their nationality, it’s a shame really
Its simply because the english version of the game is vastly different to the american version of it, everything about not even just the english but the rest of the world compared to the yanks is hugely different, the yanks just dont understand football
Jesse is brilliant and can only get better
Ted Lasso is even better than Frank Lampard right now, at least Ted won some matches..Lampard is just woeful.
Jessie should have never been sacked
He is Canadian
The subtlest “own yours, don’t put in on me” 👌
Ted lasso's situation is a little different though. He was an American football coach going to coach English football. Not the same sports at all 😂
I hope people realize Leeds were much better under an American coach marsch than under javi gracia currently
Anyone who correlates the two must only have a single brain cell. Ted was literally chosen to tank the team and that was part of the premise. That's not saying anything about the rest of the show, but he couldn't be less representative of any average American coach in the Premier League.
