Just a head's up, the introduction of this video got a copyright claim so I had to remove it, so later in the video when I refer to the "Initial Clip" it is the build-up to their penalty against West Ham. Thank you all for watching! the support on the channel has been incredible lately ❤

Next season pl midtable and lower teams will put press/pressure at center of the pitch rather than at 3rd part of the pitch, it will be interesting how they will counter it, if they buy better players than next season top 4 is guarantee

Whatever you do, you must never under any circumstances give any credit whatsoever to players for a teams success.

Good things happen because of managers tactics, bad things happen because players are stupid lazy overpaid etc.

So when a team wins the game, whatever took place on the pitch, all those things were, by definition, the "managers tactics". In other words, it is impossible for players to win the game despite the "managers tactics". This is not a scenario that can ever take place on a football pitch. It's like trying to divide by zero.

This is the ideology/mental disorder of managerism in a nutshell. Journalists/YouTubers hate, with a religious fervor, the idea that playing football has anything to with understanding football. So they vilify players and worship these non-players called "managers".

    Dyche just dismantled him

Why press them? Just sit back and let them pass it around the back until they get bored. Press should only be triggered once they cross the half-way line.

lol, nobody fears Brighton or their manager. They are having a great season relative to previous seasons, but this is just one season and they have no trophy and are not in top 5. I really like the manager and the players though. I think they will continue to get better. Great analysis of their method of play by the way. Great job.

As an Italian fan following Serie A but being an Englishman I can honestly say Serie A is absolutely underrated and if you look at the numbers from top to bottom teams compared to their spending Serie A out performs premier league teams and play lovely football. De Z has always played like this. An English manager who resembles this is Eddie Howe. Always going for the win and playing attacking football regardless of the opponent. As they don't have the spending power they rely on antics not big budgets and individuals.

Watching this after BHA vs Man Utd EPL match, i can now attest to this..this guy is simple football genius, my own ETH was out of ideas, completely out played, mutilated and left to hung..

The analysis was great👌 Shining light on our understanding of this exciting team. Roberto de zerbi the great tactician! I hope to see him in Barcelona one day
And you got to mention the sport directing. Scouting and signing these fantastic talents from all over the world: julio Enciso, Buenanotte, Undav, Mitoma, Even Ferguson, Caicedo and… 💯🤌

What happens when a team decides to play a very low block against them ?

  33. Avatar de feik

De Zerbi is brilliant. But let's make it very clear, without Pep, there is no De Zerbi. Pep is the most influential manager the world over, he's influenced the Premier League and even the England national team.

And we'll see who's the better manager in a few weeks.

Brighton made only one mistake this season, selling trossard, if not for that they would be fourth right now

Hey , mancity fan here…. What is this fear you speak of?

  37. Avatar de Miloud Bouchefra

The dream coach of Real Madrid, they always struggled with creating space in the opposition's half and so they resort to counter attacks and with clubs that sit deep, they simply can't score, now with such tactics, Real Madrid can easily have the space they need to score while maintaining possession of the ball.
