Shebahn Aherne and Jason Burt discussed Erling Haaland following the striker breaking the record for most goals scored in a Premier League season on Wednesday night.
Haaland scored again on Wednesday night as City broke down a stubborn West Ham to win 3-0 at the Etihad and go one point above Arsenal, with a game in hand, at the top of the Premier League table.
City are also set to face Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-finals this month and will play Manchester United in the FA Cup final at Wembley in June, meaning they are closing in on a remarkable treble.

And they said Nunez was better than him😂 .my humble opinion Nunez is not even better than Alvarez 🙃
He's an incredible player however I put it down to the team he plays.
He wouldn't be that good with the Norwegian team.
Thanks in these last few years for making me realise , that women are such experts on top level football .

Haaland globe trotters
Even Ivan toney got 20 goals in pl this season. With brentford who were not even in pl 2 years ago. Nothing special!
The Media telling more lies again. Manchester City doesn’t have 2 starting 11’s. I’m so happy for Haaland he has been amazing. Dominating the best league in the world. He is on fire. 51 goals 8 assists in 45 games. Arsenal had their chance & blew it. So city will gladly take control from the kids. If we win the treble he should definitely win the ballon d’ore.
Halland is 22…but De Bruyn is 31..thats the concern
I think Haaland is a pretty decent striker you know
City……CITY…..the best team in north west and all the world….😁😆😉😊💙CTID.
I wouldn't be shocked if Haaland scores 40+ Premier League goals in the end. I kinda knew he would smash that record easily long before he joined City.
The whole "2 starting 11s" is so exaggerated. The second 11 for City (based on minutes this season) would be Foden-Alvarez-Palmer; Bernardo-Kalvin-Perrone; Gomez-Laporte-Walker; Lewis; Ortega. Some great players in there but this 2nd 11 would be fighting for a conference league position, especially with that midfield. The whole right flank has so little proven experience too in critical games, conference league may be too high, maybe mid table.
Madrid used to be the richest club & can buy any player, but that era is over. They can no longet compete financially with city, psg, chelsea etc .
Once benzema goes, madrid are f**ked, his injuries have already made them almost 20 points behing barca.
Change the name of the league to Haaland premier league 😅
You see him going strength to strength… i see him going to Real Madrid!
Haaland has been at it for a while. Unfortunately, the English speaking world only watches the Premier League.
The Premier League has become a farmer’s league. This season most teams have been very poor.
Wow! All those in only his first season, "what an easy league it is", is what epl fans would have said if he played in la liga.
You got the media talking we need to see jude in the prem as if he’s exciting to watch. When we got Thor
And remember most of his goals came in the first half. Pep then subbed him to save him during the second. I think he would be over 60+ goals if he played the full 90 every game he played in.
Farmers league is defined as a one league team. There is the premiership in all its glory. The most competitive league with the same team winning every year.
Big shoutouts to Sammy Rowland with 38 goals and Macaulay Langstaff with 42 goals this season respectively.
City have a great squad but when will we stop saying the two starting 11s lie? Look at City's bench against West Ham for example. The only normal player missing was De Bruyne. Most are very much second string players or academy players
The headline under Haaland read: "I'm as good as Pep and Klopp!"
Big Sam making moves. He's got a trial of ages ahead of him
"City are sitting their with two starting 11s", that's the biggest myth in football, where do SSN find these clowns?
